Through decades of HR experience, we have found that companies are most successful when they strategically utilize their human capital programs, processes, and procedures properly. When the organizational structure and culture is implemented properly, then a company can operate efficiently, be innovative, and reduce their liability and thus achieve great results.
Our team works with the leadership and employees of companies to get results. Through assessments and analysis, we take a look at how a company's systems support the employment life cycle. We determine any gaps and inefficiencies, then we work to correct them. We have found that companies often know of some of their issues, but are not quite sure how to go about correcting them. That is where our firm comes in.
Another focus of the firm, as it relates to the field of HR, is training and development. The CEO and partners, have numerous years of training in development to include being adjunct faculty for 3 different Universities. I have even created company-specific curriculum. Studies show that when managers and employees are properly trained, they feel more empowered and have the confidence to run their department and perform effectively.

About Our CEO
Dezzarae Henderson is an experienced Human Resources professional. Her experience reaches almost 20 years. She has worked for major companies like Paychex, Inc., McDonald's Corp. and General Motors. In these roles, as a leader, she combined her HR and business knowledge to help companies grow, develop talent, and implement strategies in highly competitive markets. As the HR Director of a non-profit, Dezzarae sat on the executive team and worked under the CEO on company strategies, employee benefits, and employee engagement. While operating in a union environment, she was instrumental in the negotiation and ratification of multiple local union contracts.
Along with achieving company goals, Dezzarae has worked as an adjunct professor for two private college institutions and currently teaches as part of the HR certificate program at Cal Poly Pomona's School of Continuing Education. She has taught undergraduate and graduate courses primarily in the areas of management and human resources. Being recognized as a knowledgeable HR partner, she was asked to be a content reviewer and item writer for HRCI's (Human Resources Certification Institute) PHR and the PHR exam for California. She has consulted for and trained leadership teams all over Southern California in management and human resources topics. She has recently partnered with the County of San Bernardino's Workforce Development Board to provide support for Professional Edge graduates, along with giving HR and employer input on county programs for job seekers receiving social service benefits.
Dezzarae is a Southern California native. She graduated from Chapman University with her BS in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Management and she obtained her Master's degree from Azusa Pacific University in Human and Organizational Development. Dezzarae also holds three professional certifications.
